Payment Options
1. Payment is due at the time that the services are rendered. Due to our new policy, we no longer bill to any of our clients.
2. For your convience, we accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. If you can't be present for your appointment, we will be happy to keep your credit card on file or make arrangements to leave cash or a check for the doctor.
3. If you are paying with a check, it is required that we have your Driver's license number and expiration date. All checks are ran electronically through Telecheck.
